Professional Services - Relocation

About the Role 
As Professional Services Engineer, you will address and solve our customer’s complex technical issues and needs.

This is a relocation position to our US – New Jersey office. The position requires 6-8 months of training in Israel then relocating to our New Jersey office.

Responsibilities

  • Address and solve complex customer support technical issues.
  • Serve as a third-tier technical point of contact for LabOS support teams.
  • Become a product expert and trusted advisor to customer support teams.
  • Apply software patches, driver updates, and any other requests from the customer.
  • Build strong technical relationships with system administrators, network operations teams, R&D, and product teams across the company.

 

Job requirements:

  • Permit to work in the USA –  Must.
  • +1 years’ experience in C++ / HTML coding.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • Ability to work with various teams across the company.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong sense of customer commitment.
  • Energetic, highly motivated, positive attitude with the ability to learn independently.
  • Clinical knowledge and/or clinical laboratory familiarity – Advantage.
