Head of Sales

The Head of Sales will play a pivotal leadership role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share for our Laboratory Information Systems (LIS). This individual will lead the sales team, develop and execute strategic sales plans, foster relationships with key clients, and ensure that our product offerings align with customer needs in the laboratory and healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership, a strong understanding of the LIS or healthcare IT industry, and a track record of successfully driving sales growth.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales leadership, with at least 5 years in the Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) market.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a technology-driven, B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of the laboratory and healthcare ecosystem, including challenges, regulatory considerations, and customer needs.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience navigating complex sales cycles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and customer success).
• Experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in managing large enterprise sales, including direct and indirect sales models.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce.
• Strong network within the laboratory, healthcare, or IT industry.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards affecting laboratory information systems (e.g., HIPAA, FDA).
