LabOS is looking for a Technical Site Lead to take full ownership of our system at a major client site in the central area.
This is a hands-on, on-site role focused on technical support, system operation, and day-to-day stability.
You will be the main point of contact on-site, working independently while collaborating with internal support teams, responsible for troubleshooting issues, ensuring system stability, and supporting end users in a high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities:
• Daily operation and monitoring of the system at the client site.
• On-site troubleshooting and technical issue resolution.
• Close, ongoing work with end users in a high-pressure environment.
• Acting as the bridge between the client and internal support teams.
• Task prioritization and independent decision-making.
Requirements:
• Experience in technical support (beyond Tier 1).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Experience working directly with end users.
• Good SQL knowledge.
