LabOS is looking for a talented Tier 2 Support Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues for our customers.
You’ll be investigating and thoroughly understanding the root causes of problems, finding solutions, and preventing future occurrences.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems/computer science or experience from a technological army unit.
• Investigating and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Team player willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
