Account Manager

Job location: Ridgefield Park, New Jersey

About the Role 
as Account Manager you will be responsible for ensuring we deliver value, deepen relationships and expand our partnership with our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with existing customers.
  • Proactively own and manage a portfolio of accounts and be their main point of contact.
  • Up-sell and grow revenue within existing accounts including developing plans to deepen relationships, deliver value and expand partnerships.
  • Be able to independently create and execute strategies that lead to growth, leadership development, and account reach.
  • Become a product expert and trusted advisor to your accounts.
  • Understand how customers interact with LabOS products and identify needs, challenges, and solutions.
  • Prepare and lead business review discussions.


Job Requirements

  • Permit to work in the USA – must.
  • 3+ years’ experience in account/client management or customer success, preferably in the health industry.
  • Experience working within the SaaS/Infrastructure/Software space
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to project manage various initiatives with internal and external teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a strong sense of customer commitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, highly motivated, positive attitude with ability to learn independently.
  • Bachelor degree in computer science or related field
  • Clinical knowledge and/or clinical laboratory familiarity – Advantage.
