About the Role
as Account Manager you will be responsible for ensuring we deliver value, deepen relationships and expand our partnership with our customers.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with existing customers.
- Proactively own and manage a portfolio of accounts and be their main point of contact.
- Up-sell and grow revenue within existing accounts including developing plans to deepen relationships, deliver value and expand partnerships.
- Be able to independently create and execute strategies that lead to growth, leadership development, and account reach.
- Become a product expert and trusted advisor to your accounts.
- Understand how customers interact with LabOS products and identify needs, challenges, and solutions.
- Prepare and lead business review discussions.
Job Requirements
- Permit to work in the USA – must.
- 3+ years’ experience in account/client management or customer success, preferably in the health industry.
- Experience working within the SaaS/Infrastructure/Software space
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
- Ability to project manage various initiatives with internal and external teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a strong sense of customer commitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, highly motivated, positive attitude with ability to learn independently.
- Bachelor degree in computer science or related field
- Clinical knowledge and/or clinical laboratory familiarity – Advantage.
